I wanted to be a teacher from a very early age and as I grew up I wanted to continue to be a teacher. I had a built in passion to fix all injustices that existed in the world, I always loved kids!

ReplyDeleteAs Sandy Escobido MS said “As educators in the early childhood field, we can shape a child's life for the future”, this is an idea I always have in my mind, because whatever we do, or don’t do, with and for children, it is going to be part of their life. I still remember my preschool teacher, her voice, her sight, and especially her patience. I would like to see her and let her know the positive influence she has been on me. Those good memories I have, make me wish I could see the students I have had as grown-ups, and ask them who I did it as their teacher. I just do my best to shape their life in a positive way, and maybe, someday I will have the opportunity to hear the same things I have to say to my preschool teacher.
